17″ x 13″ exposed area under mat. Fine, engraved vignettes on vellum appointing Captain Z. C. Edwards Assistant Quartermaster of Volunteers, February 21, 1862. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bright Lincoln and Stanton signatures.
