SN 700059. Cal. .30-06. 24″ bbl with threaded muzzle for flash hider, included. This is a commercially built gun by Group Industries utilizing new made, modified military, and original military parts. These were produced prior to the introduction of the semi-automatic BAR’s. The M.O.R. stands for “Manually Operated Rifle”. This gun fires from an open bolt and the action must be manually operated for each shot. This gun features a 2-19 Winchester bbl. Forend appears to be of new manufacture, wood buttstock as well. Bipod appears to be military. Unmarked commercially finished mag. Unmarked military style leather sling. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Fine with some handling marks and areas of minor surface rust on bbl. Markings are clear. Wood is fine with light handling marks. Bore is fine with sharp rifling.
