NSN. Cal. 30-06. 24″ bbl. This is a very unusual gun. No markings on receiver stub, does not appear to have had any. “S A” marked on right side of front receiver leg, no drawing numbers. 4-52 dated bbl. Most parts appear to be Springfield manufacture, drawing numbers are not consistent. Cutaway on both right and left sides of gun. Cutaway areas highlighted with red paint. Stock does not appear to have been cartouched. Proper cleaning tools in trap in butt. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Very fine with most of the finish. Markings are clear.
