COLLECTOR’S LOT OF 2 BOXES OF LATE PRODUCTION UMC 44 HENRY AMMUNITION.

2 boxes, each of 50 rnds, manufactured by the Union Metallic Cartridge Co., 1 box of 44 Henry Flat w/200-grain bullet and rnd edge box. Box 2 is a rare, full and sealed box of UMC 44 Henry blanks. Strong green label w/rounded corners, this is by far one of the rarest boxes to obtain. Circa 1920-30. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Very fine w/strong labels, slight soiling to cardboard boxes. Boxes have been preserved by cellophane, formerly fromthe Val Forgett collection. 53091-256 TDW (5,000-7,500) – Lot 2096
