RARE SCAGEL HUNTING KNIFE.

11-3/4″ overall, 6-3/4″ narrow blade, 7/8″ wide at ricasso, 2-1/4″ clip-point. Blade stamped with Scagel’s trademark kris. Grip is made from stacked leather, red composition, copper and aluminum spacers with a crown stag pommel, teardrop shaped 1-1/2″ crossguard. Accompanying leather scabbard has script “R” embossed on rivets. CONDITION: Good overall, no orig finish. Blade cleaned to a grey/bright metal. Old sharpening with a Damascene like texture with several occlusions as can be seen in photos.
