1) COLT SAA SHERIFF’S MODEL. SN SA63775/SA63776. Cal. 44 WCF. 3″ bbl, blue and case color finish, 2-pc ivory grips with Colt medallions. Bbl shows 2-line Colt address rolled on top. Model designation is rolled on left side. Model designation and Cal. is rolled on right side. SN is struck on forward part of frame and on left inside of trigger guard and backstrap. Trigger guard bow shows a “VP” proof on left front bow; right rear bow has inspector initial “K”. “44-40″ is stamped on rear periphery of cyl. SN is written in ink on inside of each grip. CONDITION: Very fine. Revolver retains nearly all of orig case color and blued finish and shows no evidence of having been fired. Grips are very fine with no losses. Mechanics were not checked. Mahogany case has a red plush lining. Case is very good with only a few scratches on outside. A nice pair of ivory mounted Colt Single Action Army Sheriff’s Model revolvers. C&R ESA 2) COLT SAA.
