*OUTSTANDING .22 MAGNUM WINCHESTER MODEL 61 WITH GROOVED RECEIVER.

SN 302017. Cal. .22WMR. 24″ rnd bbl with traditional Winchester markings on left side of bbl. Blue finish on all metal components with appropriate and correct front and rear Winchester sights. 2pc walnut stocks with 17-groove forearm and Winchester monogrammed plastic buttplate. Grooved receiver. Very desirable Magnum configuration mfg for an extremely short period of time and were typically hard used. CONDITION: Exceedingly fine and in a state of great preservation. Blue finishes are in stellar condition with only the slightest trace of finish loss on mag and bbl from pump operation. Grooved receiver shows no indication of ever having a scope mounted. Stock finishes appear to be equally as fine with only several minute storage marks which is as to be expected in a rifle of this age.
