*L’ARTIGIANA 20 GAUGE SHOTGUN LIKELY MADE BY BERNADELLI IN GARDONE.SN 1290. Cal. 20 ga. 27-1/2″ fluid steel bbls with matted tapered top rib and small white front bead. 2-3/4″ chambers. Choked mod/full. Double triggers, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. Straight grip buttstock, checkered in 2-point pattern with sling swivels near toe and 14-1/4″ LOP over serrated, lined buttplate. Splinter forearm with push button release checkered in 2-point pattern. Coin finished action is nicely floral and scroll engraved with about 80% coverage. Burst of scroll on trigger guard and floral pattern found on breech balls. Bushed strikers. All visible SN match. WEIGHT: 6 lbs 2 oz. CONDITION: Fine as partially restored. Bbls retain 95% of a restored blue finish. Engraving has thinned. Receiver is excellent and retains most of it’s orig coin type finish. Buttstock and forearm are fine with scattered handling marks and scratches and some light finish added for presentation thought stocks have never been sanded. Mechanics are fine.
