The dust cover is engraved “Shreve, Crump & Low Co Boston, no. 158328” also signed “Patek Philippe”. The outer cover is decorated with blue guilloche enamel decoration and rusi-cut diamonds framing an image of a woman. The dial has white enamel with black Arabic numerals and seconds chapter. Movement is 18 Jewels, signed “SCL” and “Patek Philippe no. 158328″. Pocket watch is suspended from a gold filled watch chain. SIZE: Face is 1″, overall 1-1/2”.
