TIFFANY STUDIOS SWIRLING LEAF TABLE LAMP.

Tiffany Studios table lamp has leaded glass shade with wide swirling leaf band surrounding the shade. The leaves are done in mottled yellow and cream colored glass and set against a mottled green background. The skirt and top of the shade are done in mottled green geometric panels. Signed on the interior rim “Tiffany Studios New York 1474-86”. Shade rests on a decorated base with artichoke leaves surrounding the platform and vertical ribbing leading to the stem which is decorated with applied bronze tendrils. Base has a 3-socket cluster and is complete with a pierced replacement head cap. Bronze is finished in a rich brown patina and signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York S1110”. SIZE: Shade 18″ dia. Lamp 23″ t. PROVENANCE: Ex-Jackie Collins personal estate. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with very few if any tight hairlines. Base is very good. Under plate has a dent at the edge and is missing 3 screws. Old plastic cord is missing a plug. 52837-1 (8,000-10,000) – Lot 1487
