Fine little rifle with 24″ tapered round bbl, standard open sights, blued receiver, straight grain walnut with fancy-checkered beavertail forearm and capped pistol grip stock with extra coverage checkering and a checkered aluminum buttplate with a silver initial shield on the bottom of the stock. SN 122014. CONDITION: Excellent. Metal retains 96-97% strong original blue with one or two spots of surface rust. Wood is sound and retains 98-99% fine original varnish with the left side of forearm faded to a much lighter color. Bright shiny bore. 4-46557 JR255 (500-800)
