Coin finished double Kersten scallop backed OU action features automatic safety and dbl triggers (front set). Action is engraved with 80% coverage varying sized scroll surrounding game scenes; running stag on left, and boar on right. Makers name and address are on bottom of action. Well figured European walnut square knob pistol grip buttstock measures 14-5/8″ over partially checkered wood butt. Matching 3-pc ejector forend has Deeley release. Swarovski Tirol 4X scope with 3 post reticle is in soldered on claw rings. Drop at heel: approx 2-15/16″, drop at comb: approx 1-7/8″. Neutral cast. Weight without scope: 7 lbs. 11 oz. LOP: 14-5/8″. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining nearly all orig factory finishes on wood and metal, with numerous marks and light scratches, mostly in wood finish. Coin finish of action is darkening a bit from accumulated oil. Bores are excellent. Mechanically fine. Scope is fine, with a few light stains and marks.
