*SCARCE EARLY BROWNING 22 SEMI-AUTO GRADE 2 RIFLE WITH CASE.SN T86823. Cal. 22. 19-1/2″ rnd bbl with early wheel sight. Receiver is French greyed and engraved in std Grade II pattern with prairie dogs on right, squirrels on left, surrounded by light leaf pattern engraving executed by R. Risack and signed on right side. Top of frame with goose in marsh scene with leaf pattern. Full knob buttstock checkered in 2-point pattern with steel lined buttplate. Gold plated trigger. Forearm checkered in 3-point pattern. Housed in an early Browning case. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbl retains approximately 98% orig blue finish. Receiver is excellent with some wear at top of frame and retains more than 90% orig gray. Buttstock and forearm are very fine with only very minor handling marks. Checkering is crisp.
