SN K7629. Cal. .270 WCF. 25″ bbl. Mounted with 2 scope rings. Gorgeous jeweled bolt with blued action and blued bbl. Buttstock with Fleur-de-lis checkering and ribband at wrist, cheek piece at left side of stock and mounted with sling swivels. Buttstock with Pachmayr basket weave rubber pad. Forearm is beautifully checkered in Fleur-de-lis pattern at the grip and approximately 2-1/2″ dark rosewood(?) tip. Skeleton pistol grip cap with checkered center. All metal parts are unengraved. WEIGHT: 8 lbs, 2 ozs. PROVENANCE: The Forrest G. Rhodes collection. CONDITION: Very fine. Retaining most of it’s custom finish to wood and metal. Buttstock with scattered handling marks, but excellent overall. Bore is bright and shiny, rifling is good. Mechanics are good.
