SN 780-75387. Cal. .505 GIBBS. 24-3/4″ ported bbl with ramp blade front sight and quarter rib with flip-up sights at breech end. Custom stocked rifle with Ruger grip cap and black Ruger rubber pad. Forearm with dark rosewood (?) nose cap. Mounted with Leupold Vari-X-III 1.5 x 5 power scope. Mounted for sling swivels. WEIGHT: 11 lbs, 9 ozs. PROVENANCE: The Forrest G. Rhodes collection. CONDITION: Fine, as field used. Metal retains most of it’s custom finish. Buttstock and forearm are excellent with minor handling marks and bumps and retains most of its custom finish.
