*REMINGTON MODEL 720 BOLT ACTION RIFLE IN .30-06 CALIBER WITH NAVAL CARTOUCHE.

SN 41744. Cal. .30-06. 22″ rnd bbl with ramp front sight. Rear sight with elevator. Bbl is marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO., INC., REMINGTON / ILION WORKS, ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.”. The Enfield style action is marked on right front with maker name and patent info and on left “MODEL-720” & SN. Stocks mounted with sling swivels and Remington steel buttplate. Checkered at grip and forearm and have proper “FJA” and Navy Ordnance acceptance cartouches on left side. Accompanied by orig sales documentation including the receipt of this exact gun identified by SN being sold to Sgt. J. B. Comley with a ship date of 9/21/76. All visible SNs match. Weight: 7lbs 14oz. CONDITION: Very fine retaining nearly all orig finish to wood and metal. There is a minor repaired grain separation behind top of action, otherwise stocks are sound and excellent.
