*FINE WALTHER MODEL 1925 OLYMPIA .22LR PISTOL WITH TARGET SIGHTS.SN 1712. Cal. 22LR. 7-1/2″ bbl. Marked on left side of slide “Walthers Patent”, banner Walther. Marked on right side of slide “CAL22 long rifle”. Sgl line Walther address. Crown/N proof marks on right side of slide and bbl. Elevated rear sight appears to be factory. Elevated front sight also looks to be factory. Checkered wood grip. Mag marked on right side “6”. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Fine condition overall, with a majority of orig finish. Area around both cutouts on left side of slide are shinier and of a slightly different color. All markings clear. Fire blue on grip screw heads as well as rear sight screw heads. Grip is good, showing wear. Does not appear to be cracked. Fine bore is bright with sharp rifling. Mechanics are fine.
