SN 24977S70. Cal. 12 ga. 30″ Special Steel bbls. 2-3/4″ chambers, chokes marked mod/full. Full length matted Broadway low profile ventilated rib with twin white plastic beads. Blued single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, non-automatic safety. Full knob, long tang, pistol grip buttstock, checkered in 2-point pattern with 14-3/8″ LOP over Herstal white lined waffle pad. Trap forearm checkered in 4-point pattern. Receiver is beautifully engraved in Midas grade type pattern with gold pheasants in game scene on both sides surrounded by tasteful gold line work and well executed scroll engraving. Trigger guard bow with initials in gold “R.W.S.”. Gold line work extends to forearm iron, top lever, and top tang. Housed in a proper period Browning hard case with many trap tournament type stickers on both sides. All visible SN’s match. WEIGHT: 7lb 13oz. CONDITION: Very fine as customized retaining approximately 97% of its custom finish both wood and metal. Very minor handling marks, scattered throughout. Mechanics are crisp.
