*EXTREMELY RARE WWII SEDGLEY OSS GLOVE PISTOL .38 CAL.NSN. Cal. 38. 2-7/8″ bbl. Marked under pivoting bbl “HAND FIRING/MECHANISM-MK-2″/the Sedgley S in circle mark. Only between 50 and 200 of these were ever made and are seldomly encountered. These mounted on the top of a leather work glove. The glove is not present. PROVENANCE: Outstanding estate collection of Confederate and historical arms of Morris Racker. CONDITION: Fine with some extremely light surface rust. Virtually all of the orig finish with some minor handling marks. The screw heads are slightly buggered. Mechanics are fine. Bore is bright. 51958-42 GER (5,000-10,000) C&R – Lot 2231
