*WINCHESTER 2ND MODEL DELUXE 1890 RIFLE. Cal. 22WRF. Special order rifle with 24″ oct. bbl, standard open sights, changed elevator, small round ribbed forearm, capped checkered pistol grip stock, nicely figured buttstock with crescent steel buttplate. SN 270392. CONDITION: Good to very good. Bbl retains about 90% original blue with edge wear and thin over the chamber area. Mag tube retains about 80% thin original blue. Forearm is sound with about 60% original varnish. Receiver retains 40-50% thin and flaked original blue with light, fine surface pitting. Buttstock is sound, shows moderate wear with light nicks and dings and retains about 85% bright original varnish. Strong dark bore. 4-46634 JR252 (1,500-2,500)
