FINE COLT NEW POLICE REVOLVER. SN 14557. Cal. .38LC. 4-3/8″ round bbl, marked “NEW POLICE 38” in an etched panel on left side of bbl. Both grips have the scene of a policeman arresting a man with a knife. CONDITION: Bbl and ejector rod assembly retain about 95% of their bright nickel finish. Rear half of the gun has lost most of its finish and there is some light pitting on the cylinder and frame above the cylinder. Grips are sharp but slightly sun faded, mechanically fine. 4-46374 FS50 (1,000-2,000)
