Positive: The finial unscrews to reveal a concealed knife. Also, there is a casting flaw in the handle near the hook. SILVER AND GILT BRONZE ELEPHANT GOAD.19th century, possibly early, Thailand or India. Gilt copper shaft with floral scrolling on a crosshatched ground. Head of iron with silver inlay. SIZE: 20″.
