Highly unusual billiards trophy in the form of a dome top covered dish with beaded border and engraved with a variety of plants and leaves resting on ornate legs topped with snarling beasts giving way to acanthus leaves terminating in animal feet. Lid is engraved “1880 May 28th Billiard Match Presented by P.E.B.A Won by H.R. Ciesen & W. Pickering for S.E.R.C.”.
