B/N Bing Nurnberg marking with crown/S acceptance stamp. #2: SN 47006, rare 32 round drum with type one telescoping winder and dust cover with nested hexagon trade mark of AEG, Berlin and Crown/P acceptance mark (AEG only made around 70,000Type 1 magazines which represent less than 10% of total production) complete with its very rare matching AEG hexagon trade marked dust cover. PROVENANCE: Collection of Dr. Geoffrey Sturgess. CONDITION: #1: Excellent, retaining 95% blue, 90% blue on dust cover with normal scratches. Mechanics are good. #2: Retaining 90% blue with light scattered corrosion and a ding on top of the drum, dust cover is 75% blue with dings and scratches.
