This glass-lined, lithographed metal ice cream cooler is supported by three cast figural Eskimo feet. Manufactured for the Eskimo Pie Corporation, Louisville, KY by the Thermos Company of Norwich, CT. Includes original nickel plated lid with cork stopper marked “THERMOS”. Patent numbers date production to 1928. SIZE: 16″ h x 7-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: Good to very good; one of the figural feet is cracked at the neckline; rubber gasket inside the neck of the cooler has hardened and cracked with age; light wear to painted areas. 1-13742 (800-1,200) – Lot 3576
