CARVED JADE RUYI SCEPTER.Qing Dynasty, China. The scepter in serpentine form is carved from a pale celadon stone with shallow relief design. The head of the scepter carved with a elephant surrounded with clouds, and the handle displaying a vase with flowers along with bats in flight. Accompanied by an appraisal executed in 1991 indicating the gold band is 14k and the owner has estimated it’s weight at 1oz. SIZE: 17-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Very good. 50438-2 (4,000-6,000) – Lot 3561B
