Bbls retain nearly all of what appears to be an exceptional old professional quality restored finish. Action retains 30-50% orig case color somewhat hidden due to extensive engraving. Trigger guard retains approximately 40% of what appears to be its orig blue, mostly on bow, toned at tang. Buttstock & forearm are excellent and retain most of an older professionally restored finish. Checkering ever so slightly thinned at wrist, sharp on forearm. Forearm iron has been expertly reblued. Mechanics are very good, however left ejector will not hold when gun is unfired and open, and in need of minor adjustment, otherwise ejectors are in-time. Gun is tight and on the face. Bores are excellent and near mirror. This is an outstanding investment quality Ithaca. 51033-11 JSL (15,000-25,000) C&R; IVORY – Lot 3535
