SN 235847. Cal. 12 ga. 2-5/8″ Cham. 32″ Vulcan steel bbls with full length ventilated matted rib and twin ivory beads marked “Parker Bros. Makers Meriden, CT. U.S.A. Vulcan Steel”. 1-1/2 frame. Water table marked with SN and grade designation. Bbl flats with unstruck bbl weight of 4 lbs. 1 oz. and marked “Overload Proved / Parker Bros.” Unusual single selective trigger most likely a variation of the Miller trigger with swivel lever selector built into the front of the trigger. Auto ejectors, no safety. Replacement highly figured walnut straight grip stock with checkered side panels and English style teardrop behind action checkered in elongated 2-point pattern and engraved nickel shield near toe with “FKS”. 1/2″ black spacer and black “Kickeez” pad. Replacement beavertail forearm checkered in 3-point pattern with Deeley latch and proper reinforcement bolt. Receiver is zig-zag border engraved and marked “Parker Bros” on both sides. Trigger guard bow with zig-zag pattern, tang extended and SN re-cut at tang. Bore diameter: left – .729, right – .729. Bore restrictions: left – .014 (IC), right – .038 (full). Minimum wall thickness: left – .036, right – .033. Weight: 8 lbs. 5 oz. Drop at comb: 1-1/2″, drop at heel: 2-1/16″. LOP: 14-3/8″ from rear position single trigger. Bbls retain 95-98% of a high quality restored blued finish. Receiver retains 90-95%+ factory quality restored case color. Buttstock and forearm as noted above are nicely made custom replacements with nice grain pattern. Buttstock retains approximately 85% of its custom varnish. Forearm is excellent and retains most of its custom finish. Trigger guard retains 75-80% of its custom blued finish. Tang screws are well done replacements.
