*SCARCE PARKER GHE HALF FRAME SHOTGUN.

SN 241815. Cal 12 ga. 2-3/4″ chambers. 28″ bbls with full length matted top rib and brass front bead. Parker SST. Auto ejectors. Auto safety. Capped full pistol grip buttstock checkered in 3 pt pattern with brass shield and grip cap marked “Parker/Ilion, NY”. Buttstock is American walnut. Butt with what could be its orig “No Shoc” brand pad. Splinter forearm checkered in standard G pattern with lightly border engraved Deely latch and engraved steel tip. Receiver is engraved in typical G pattern with ducks on left, quail on right surrounded by light scroll. Bottom of frmae marked “Parker”. Trigger plate is nicely engraved with two pheasants in circle surrounded by light scroll. Fences lightly scroll engraved. Bore diameter: left – .725, right – .726. Bore restrictions: left – .014 (mod.), right – .009 (Imp. Cyl). Minimum wall thickness: left – .032, right – .032 . Weight: 6 lbs. 15 oz. Drop at comb: 1-5/8″, drop at heel: 2-5/8″. LOP: 14″. CONDITION: Very good. Bbls retain 75-80% blued finish having light freckling throughout exterior. Receiver retains traces of orig case color having turned mostly brown. Engraving still sharp. Buttstock and forearm retain most of a professionally restored finish with light handling marks throughout. Single trigger works flawlessly. Ejectors are in time. Bbls are on face.
