SN 215396. Cal. 28 ga. 26″ special steel bbls with full length matted top rib, marked “Parker Bros. Makers Meriden. CT. U.S.A. Parker SPEC Steel”, 2-1/2″ Cham. brass front bead “00” frame with unstruck bbl weight, 2 lb. 9 oz. Double triggers, auto ejectors, auto safety. Water table is milled with lightning cuts. Capped pistol grip buttstock checkered in 3-point pattern with nickel shield and orig Parker Brothers DHBP. Receiver engraved in typical “G” grade pattern with pheasants on right, ducks on left and pheasants on floorplate all surrounded by light scroll. Trigger guard bow with small burst of scroll and SN at tang. Splinter forearm checkered in standard “G” grade pattern with Deeley latch and engraved steel tip. Bore diameter: left – .563, right – .562. Bore restrictions: left – .030 (full), right – .024 (IMP MOD). Minimum wall thickness: left – .019, right – .021. Weight: 5 lbs. 10 oz. Drop at comb: 1-7/16″, drop at heel: 2-13/16″. LOP: 14-1/4″. CONDITION: Excellent as completely, totally and utterly orig throughout. Bbls retain 95%+ orig toned blued finish. Buttstock and forearm are excellent and orig and retain approximately 90-95% of their orig varnish with scattered light handling marks and a few honest hunting bumps and bruises the most notable of which is on the left stock cheek. Orig buttplate with tiny minor loss at toe. Frame retains 70% bright orig case color with perfect screws. Trigger plate is excellent and retains about all of its orig case color. Trigger guard retains about half of its orig blue mostly on bow, toned at tang. Bores are excellent, mechanics are crisp, ejectors are in time.
