Carved as a horse’s head and a monkey for the rhesus “to become a high official instantly”. 2) Han style and possibly of the period, China. Circle of grain pattern on the body. Calcified gray green stone. 3) Ming Period (1368-1644), China. Chicken bone white stone carved with a dragon’s head and lingzhi in relief. SIZE: 1) 4-1/4″ l. 2) 2-1/4″ l. 3) 3″ l.
