DENT “LUCKY BOY” 10″ AIRPLANE.In the 1930s Dent manufactured a number of airplanes. This particular model would have been called the Lindy. However, they were unable to secure licensing rights to do so. Made in various sizes, this example has a 10″ wingspan and rubber tires mounted to wooden hubs. Attractively enameled in pea green with black and gilt highlights. SIZE: 10″ wingspan. CONDITION: Of later vintage, likely to be second castings.
