Pairpoint table lamp has Bombay shade which is reverse painted with sailing ships on choppy seas surrounding the shade. Ships are done in shades of brown as is the sea all set against a yellow and orange sky. Shade has a solid brown top with tan colored teardrops emanating from the center. Unsigned. Shade rests on a turned wooden base with metal riser and 2 socket cluster. Sockets, cap and finial have a brown finish. Signed on the underside “Pairpoint D8009”. SIZE: Shade: 15-7/8″ dia. Lamp: 20/34″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good to excellent, rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 5-69432 (1,250-1,750) – Lot 3339
