Daum bowl is decorated with black cameo sailing boats with the outline of a village on the distant shore all set against a mottled orange, yellow and green background. Signed on the side in cameo “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 8-1/4″ dia. PROVENANCE: Private New England Collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. There are three marks on the shoulder of the vase where it appears imperfections in the glass were polished out at the factory. 5-69263 (800-1,200) – Lot 3310
