Late 19th/early 20th Century. In the manner of Charles Dare, Philadelphia, PA. The carved prancing ram with downturned head, horns forward, carved with a checkered saddle blanket and saddle of typical form. The body with dappled gray paint. SIZE: 57″ h x 63″ l. CONDITION: Figure has been stripped of all old paint. Now with contemporary paint surfaces. Horns are believed to be later replacements. Re-set on current stand. 1-14154 (5,000-7,000) – Lot 3288
