LOT OF 3 TIN LITHO TOYS.

1) Distler balloon man that when activated has a googly eye effect and a swinging pendulum lithographed with monkeys while he raises his right arm. Normally right arm contains Mickey Mouse figure, but it is missing in this example. Good to very good condition and working, but in need of some minor straightening. 2) Traffic cop with stop/go sign of unknown manufacture. When activated sign turns and policeman raises and lowers his right arm. A cute go-with for collectors of automotive toys. Very good original condition. 3) Windup lithographed Happy Hooligan figure by Chein. In functional working order and in fair to good condition. SIZE: 6-7″ h.
