Very unusual and rare French early transport truck is marked with brass plaque on hood reading “LES AUTOS TRANSPORTS / F.M. BREVETE / PARIS, FRANCE”. As toy is wound, driver would thrust throttle forward from cockpit and truck would proceed forward. After an interval, rear bed area tilts to side and side board opens for dumping action. Driver is all tin and fully jointed. Toy is also marked “MAXIMUM LOAD 1 LB.” SIZE: 8-1/2″ l. CONDITION: All functions working. Paint on wheels is fair.
