HANDEL REVERSE PAINTED ART DECO TABLE LAMP.

Handel art deco table lamp has reverse painted wavy bands in black, orange, amber and yellow surrounding the bottom third of the shade all set against a mottled cream colored background. Shade is signed on the interior rim “Handel 7536″ and rests on a bulbous Handel base with two handles, a 3 socket cluster and fleur de lis heat cap. Base is finished in dark brown and is signed on the underside with applied cloth tag. SIZE: Shade: 18″ dia. Lamp: 20-3/4” t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good to excellent with some minor scratches to finish, rewired with contemporary plastic cord which is starting to crack. 5-69844 (1,500-3,000) – Lot 3268
