TWO PLAINS UMBILICAL EFFIGY FETISHES TOGETHER WITH PAIR OF LATE NINETEENTH CENTURY MOCCASINS.

Late 19th century, Sioux youths moccasins, finely beaded on deer hide with paraflech soles. Geometric pattern with cross designs, white heart reds, turquoise, greasy green, greasy yellow, and clear beads, sinew sewn. Beaded turtle fetish on buffalo with tin cone danglers geometric pattern. Greasy yellow, greasy green, turquoise, white heart red, and opalescent. Turn of the century Sioux lizard with salt-n-pepper pattern, sinew sewn on buffalo. SIZE: Moccasins 8″ l x 3″ w. Turtle 5-1/2″ l x 3″ w. Lizard 6-1/4″ l x 3-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Moccasins are very good. Turtle is good, missing four tin cones.
