FOUR GERMAN BISQUE HEAD DOLLS.

Included are two bisque shoulder head dolls, one with stationary eyes and closed mouth marked “639”, the other shoulder head a Kestner incised “147” with brown sleep eyes and open mouth with four upper teeth. Both are on leather bodies with bisque forearms. The other two dolls are bisque socket heads on composition bodies; the larger marked “79 Handwerck”, having brown glass sleep eyes, a fully jointed body, and wearing original mohair wig and possibly original clothing and shoes; the smaller incised “A.M. 390″ and is on a 5-piece composition body, wearing replaced wig and clothing. SIZE: Tallest: 16″ t (41cm). Shortest: 11” t (28cm). CONDITION: Good to very good; Kestner missing one thumb. 1-13696 (300-600) – Lot 3214
