LOT OF FOUR AMERICAN MADE DOLLS.Included is a Greiner from 1858 with original label with black hair pulled behind the ears on cloth body with leather forearms and individually stitched fingers. Also marked “Greiner”, however with the extended 1872 patent date, is an unusual blonde haired girl with sky blue eyes, short wavy curly hair on a muslin body with composition hands and sewn on light brown leather boots. Wearing a green dress is an early primitive folk art pressed linen shoulder head doll, also on a cloth body with leather forearms. Last is a Martha Chase baby with molded and painted features and hair. SIZE: Largest-Greiners: 26″ t (66cm) each. Smallest-Chase baby: 19″ t (49cm). CONDITION: Greiners relatively good shape considering their age.
