LARGE BIEDERMEIER STYLE INLAID MAPLE CENTER TABLE.

First third 20th century, Germany or France. The circular top with molded edge with rosewood string inlays, joined to a swelled shaped square pedestal with canted corners on a platform with curved sides, raised on conforming feet. The base with string inlay borders. SIZE: 32-1/2″ h x 64″ dia. PROVENANCE: From a private Massachusetts collection. CONDITION: All surfaces original. The veneered top with multiple parallel shrinkage cracks resulting in small veneer tears. In need of cosmetic fill and re-polishing. Otherwise good. 50800-127 (3,000-5,000) – Lot 3190
