FOLK ART WOODEN CARRIAGE.

Unique all wooden doll’s carriage, perhaps made by a father for his daughter. In the front panel is the name “JUANITA” and above where the head of the rider would be is a unique dome or turret-like object. The body of the carriage is painted white with brownish/gold highlights around finials. Maker unknown, age probably late Victorian era. SIZE: 24″ (62cm) t to top of dome x 34″ (87cm) l including handle x 11″ (28cm) w including 2 front wheels. CONDITION: Good with normal age paint loss; wheel with “Juanita” broken off. 1-13900 (900-1,100) – Lot 3187
