Late 19th early 20th century. Germany. Crossed swords mark in underglaze blue. Centerpiece comprised of three women in polychrome floral robes, each with their back to a floral post surmounted by a floral filled urn, standing on a grassy floral tripartite base attached to a conforming bulbous base decorated overall with ribbon tied floral swags.
