CAST IRON DOORSTOP OF A STANDING BUTLER.

Circa 1920, Bradley & Hubbard Foundry, Meriden, Connecticut. This fine example in a half round casting depicting a butler in formal attire standing on a parquet floor. Stamped “B&H” on bottom of base. Fittings for bumpers on rear of base. Reference: The Doorstop Book, Smith, pg 209. SIZE: 11-1/2″ h.
