Early 19th century, American. The hand-blown, clear glass cake stand with broken pontil offered with an arrangement of carved alabaster and painted fruit including peaches, oranges, lemon, bananas, cherries and grapes. SIZE: Grape cluster: 10″ l. Banana: 5″ l. Orange: 2-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Generally good. Fruit intact with normal and expected abrasion.
