Pretty pressed bisque head incised “DEPOSE 5” having rich brown paperweight eyes, closed mouth with V-shaped upper lip and full bottom lip, well-painted eyebrows and eyelashes, pierced ears, on the original wood and composition body with straight wrists and eight separate balls joints. The torso is stamped in blue “JUMEAU MEDAILLE D’OR PARIS”. She is wearing an antique pink silk dress with ecru lace, antique pink leather keystone shoes, and a newer mohair wig over cork pate. SIZE: 13-1/2″ t (34cm). CONDITION: Overall very good, however arms have quite a bit of age wear and surface dirt. 1-14046 (3,500-5,500) – Lot 3164
