*RARE PERSIAN MAUSER 4″ LUGER RIG.

SN 3518. Cal. 9mm. SN “1903” with Crown U proof on left side of receiver. Full SN on front of receiver in Farsi and left side of chamber. Pahlavi crowned lion crest above chamber. Farsi script on center toggle link “Parabellum Short Model 1314”, (in Farsi 1314 being a Gregorian year 1935), next to a Persian proof on right side of receiver. Left side of receiver has a horizontal Crown U proof next to a full SN in Farsi. Upper safe position and extractor are marked “Safe and Loaded” in Farsi. All numbered parts on gun are matching in Farsi. Checkered walnut grips, proper Persian aluminum bottom magazine with matching numbers in Farsi. Accompanying this gun is the Persian pattern holster and spare magazine both numbered and matching in Farsi. CONDITION: Very fine, with typical light holster wear at muzzle, high points of trigger plate, and front edges of frame. Several very small scratches on backstrap above stock lug. Grips are excellent with light wear at bases and more than half of the period straw finish remains on trigger, levers and magazine release.
