*◊ CASED DWM UNRELIEVED 1900 PRESENTATION LUGER SN 525.

SN 525. Cal. 7.65 Para. 4-3/4″ bbl with full SN on bottom. Very ornate monogram above chamber. DWM scroll on center toggle link. Dished toggles. Early safety lever with 90 degree checkering. Early style numbering on right side of takedown lever and magazine release button. No apparent “BUG” proofs. Matching numbered checkered walnut grips. Grip safety. Unrelieved frame, with three orig flat button unrelieved plain wood bottom mags, cleaning rod/oiler, and takedown tool in a green felt lined fitted Luger case with black coated canvas paper exterior. Case has metal fittings and leather carry handle with lock and orig key. The initials “M.F.Z.” are on the lid. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 95% orig blue with light corrosion overall, fading to brown on grip straps. High surface of sideplate is wearing and there is a ding on left frame behind sideplate. Straw has been reheated to 90%. Grips are lightly worn and oil soaked. Bore is sharp with light spotting. Mechanics are very fine. Mags are excellent with scattered corrosion on bodies. Rod/oiler and takedown tool have very little wear (handle is a replacement). Case is in beautiful condition, with very little external wear.
