Circa 1870, patented 1866 Ithaca Clock Company, Ithaca, NY. The walnut domed case applied with burl panels. The edge molded, the upper dial with Roman numeral chapter ring and time strike apparatuses, above the secondary dial with 31 day outer ring and apparatuses for the day of the week and month of the year. The original dial face with company logo above, “H.B. Hortons Patent/April 18, 1865 and August 28, 1866/ Ithaca Calendar Clock Company/Ithaca, N.Y.”. SIZE: 25” h x 11-1/2” w x 4-1/2” d.
